Job Title: Administration Assistant
Responsible to: Registered Manager
Shift Pattern: 40 Hours per week on a Rota basis, shift times between 07:00 am to 10:00 pm with 2 days off per week.
Role Location: Civic Centre, Uxbridge
Main Purpose of role: To provide administrative support to the team and any other administrative duties as instructed by the Registered Manager.
Being a team player is very important within this job role as you will be working closely within the team as well as with people from all areas of the business.
CCS Homecare Services is fast-moving, so being a quick learner, as well as proactive and assertive is essential.
Main Responsibilities:
* Meeting and greeting incoming visitors.
* Answering incoming phone calls and filtering appropriately.
* Ordering/distributing and logging of PPE supplies for staff.
* Ordering and management of office stationery.
* Replenishing writing documents (timesheets, daily record sheets).
* Filing.
* Making up Service Users office files.
* Managing file end of service process.
* Supporting Branch manager with admin tasks as required.
