Community Partners are supporting an NHS client in the appointment of an experienced Director of Transformation (VSM) to provide senior leadership across a critical portfolio of improvement and change.
This is a high impact role requiring a proven transformation leader who can operate at executive level and drive delivery across strategy, business planning and operational execution.
The organisation is seeking support across key priorities including operational performance, financial improvement and the embedding of clinical best practice.
The Role
The Director of Transformation will work closely with the executive team and senior clinical leaders to shape and deliver a Trust-wide transformation agenda.
Key areas of focus will include:
1. Leading the development and delivery of the organisational transformation strategy
2. Supporting business planning and the delivery of key strategic priorities
3. Driving operational performance improvement across core services
4. Identifying and delivering sustainable financial improvement opportunities
