You will work Monday to Friday, supporting adults with highly complex needs in the community, with the authority and backing to do things properly. This Adult Nurse Manager role is centred on clinical leadership rather than firefighting. You will oversee personalised packages, guide and develop carers, and act as the clinical link between families, commissioners, and the wider MDT.
