Key Responsibilities
* Provide full executive and administrative support to the executive team, including diary management, meeting coordination and travel arrangements.
* Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes and distribute relevant documents and follow-up actions.
* Manage emails and phone enquiries in a timely manner.
* Maintain filing, records, confidential information and documentation.
* Liaise with internal teams and external contacts, suppliers and visitors.
* Support the coordination of onsite requirements including ordering supplies, booking meeting rooms and arranging catering or visitor needs.
* Assist with the sales and marketing team.
* Process purchase orders, invoices and expenses in line with company procedures and in a timely manner.
* Provide general business support on day-to-day tasks, ensuring smooth running of business and office operations.
* Keep up to date with industry, governance and internal change.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
Essential Experience & Skills:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a marketing role.
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
* Proven ability to manage multi-task and projects simultaneously without compromising on quality.
* A good understanding of budget management, reporting, and commercial awareness.
* Highly organised, proactive, and able to perform effectively under pressure.
