Overview
The post of Assistant Programme Administrator will be mainly supporting our Programme Administrator. That will be all admin support for medical students and Foundation Year 1 doctors in training at our Conquest Hospital site (1 wte). It will also entail Front of House support.
Responsibilities
* Assistance with the organisation of the centralised teaching programme
* Induction support
* Sign‑posting of resident doctors
* Careers Evening support
* ARCP/sign‑off admin support
* Front of House including AV/room set‑up and tear‑down
* LED doctors support
* Foundation Programme support
* Clinical attachments and dealing with queries from resident doctors and LEDs
