As part of the Fife Housing Association Alliance, we’re committed to preventing homelessness before it happens - and we’re looking for someone who shares this dedication to join our team.
We’ve secured funding to employ a dedicated Tenancy Support Worker to work closely with tenants who may be at risk of losing their home. This new role is all about early intervention - helping people to keep their tenancy and access the right support when life gets tough.
You’ll work directly with tenants, collaborating with our housing teams and external partners to make a real difference. If you’ve got housing or support experience, a good head for problem-solving and a passion for helping people, we want to hear from you.
You should have:
- Experience supporting vulnerable people
- Strong housing knowledge and empathy
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- A full driving licence and use of a car insured for business use
You will also need to embody our brand values by being consistently accountable, firm but fair, open and honest and versatile.
This is a fixed-term role, funded until March 2026.
The full job description, person specification and application form can be found on our website.
If you feel you have the skills and experience required and would like to join an award-winning social housing provider that puts people at the heart of everything it does, then we’d like to hear from you. STRICTLY NO AGENCIES PLEASE.
