Customer Team Leader Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled team leader to join our retail team. As a Customer Team Leader, you will play a key role in leading and supporting a team of customer-facing staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate and inspire their team, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for coaching and developing your team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

In this role, you will work closely with the store manager and other colleagues to achieve business objectives, manage inventory and stock levels, and maintain high standards of customer service. You will also be responsible for conducting regular performance reviews and developing action plans to improve team performance.

As a Customer Team Leader, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills, build relationships with customers and colleagues, and contribute to the success of our business.
