Responsibilities
* Perform painting tasks to a high standard, ensuring surfaces are prepared and finished according to project specifications.
* Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, particularly within rail environments.

* Maintain and care for painting tools and equipment.
* Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications
* Valid PTS (Personal Track Safety) certification is essential.
* Proven experience in painting, preferably within rail or industrial settings.
* Strong understanding of safety procedures and best practices.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Flexibility to work day or night shifts during weekends.
* Reliable and punctual with a commitment to delivering quality work.
Day-to-day
* Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed.
* Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
* Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards.
* Follow project timelines and adapt to any changes in schedule or scope.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and materials are stored properly.
