Are you a digital marketer with 1-2 years of experience eager to make an impact in a growing B2B organisation?
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive (B2B) to join our small and vibrant team at CTS Group, working across a growing portfolio of three B2B brands.
This role provides the chance to take ownership of key digital channels, with a strong focus on content writing and managing LinkedIn social media, while also supporting SEO, email campaigns and reporting.

What You’ll Do
* Manage our day-to-day social media channels, with a strong focus on growing our LinkedIn presence.
* Create compelling social media graphics and short videos using Canva/Adobe.
* Write engaging, SEO-friendly copy for our websites, blogs, case studies, and social media channels.
* Use AI tools appropriate to support idea generation and enhance your creative workflow.
* Keep our websites (Craft, Magento) updated and optimised using SEO tools and keyword research.
* Support the delivery of email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
* Be a key member of our marketing team, collaborating across digital channels with a proactive attitude.
* Assist with reporting on campaign performance, using analytics to find opportunities for improvement.
What We’re Looking For
* 1-2 years’ experience in a digital marketing role (B2B experience is a must, either in-house or agency).
* Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to turn technical information into engaging B2B content.
* Hands-on experience managing B2B social media accounts, especially LinkedIn.
* A solid understanding of SEO principles and experience with CMS platforms.
* Proficient in creating visuals for social media using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
* A proactive and collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to wider team goals.
* Experience supporting email marketing campaigns (e.g., DotDigital, Mailchimp).
* Familiarity with paid media (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, PPC).
* Experience using Google Analytics 4 for performance insights.
* Photography and videography/video editing skills.
* Gain invaluable exposure across all digital marketing channels in a growing B2B SME.
* Help shape the content and social media strategy for multiple exciting B2B brands.

Location & Working Pattern
Hybrid, Minworth, Sutton Coldfield, B76 1AH
Please note: Candidates must live within an easy commutable distance as the role requires a presence in our Sutton Coldfield office at least 3 days per week with 2 days at home - we have 'core days' in the office but sometimes there is a need to be flexible on the days you are in the office as in-person collaboration with our marketing, sales, product and technical teams is essential to the success of the role.
Reports to:
You will report directly to the Group Head of Marketing.The Marketing Team Leader will provide guidance on day-to-day activities, task management, and operational matters.
Salary: Up to £30,000 pa.
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
20 days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Christmas Shutdown (1 additional holiday per year after 3 years)
Pension Scheme: After 3 months.
Health Cash Plan: After 6 months.
Death In Service Policy: After 6 Months.
