About the role
We’re looking for a commercially driven leader to oversee budgets, procurement, digital systems, and performance across a diverse portfolio including retail, hospitality, conferencing, pre‑school, accommodation, parking, and mailroom services. In this role, you’ll drive revenue growth, lead financial planning and forecasting, manage supplier relationships, implement digital transformation projects, oversee compliance, and support a culture of continuous improvement and excellent customer experience.
About you
We're looking for someone with strong experience in budget management, forecasting, and financial analysis, and proven procurement and contract management expertise. You will be experienced in implementing digital tools and improving operational efficiency and have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. You will need to have an undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience in finance, business management, commercial operations, or a related field.
