From Multi-Track RTA, EL and PL cases to complex negotiations and trials, you'll be the trusted advisor who ensures justice is served and rehabilitation is prioritised. What You'll Do: Manage a mixed caseload of predominantly multi-track personal injury claims from start to finish Meet clients, take instructions and discuss funding arrangements (eg, CFA) Advise on liability, quantum and causation, keeping clients informed every step of the way Draft Schedules of Loss, pleadings and legal documents Liaise with witnesses, police, insurers, HSE, experts, Counsel and rehab providers Ensure early access to rehabilitation-because recovery starts now Keep files compliant with audit and risk requirements Travel to meet clients at home or in hospital when needed About You: You're a Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (FILEx) with at least 3 years' PQE You have strong knowledge of personal injury law, practice and procedure You're proactive, flexible and client focused You hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car You're willing to attend local and national BD events and conferences Why Join Us?
