About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Paint Sprayer to join our industrial finishing team. This role is critical in delivering high-quality finishes to products before dispatch, ensuring customer specifications are met.
Key Responsibilities
Apply undercoats and topcoats using spray-painting techniques to a high standard
Operate and maintain industrial spray-painting equipment (air-assisted airless spray)
Set up and troubleshoot spray-painting equipment
Apply recognised industry standards, e.g., NHSS6, NHSS19a
Identify quality issues with paint such as drips, runs, and blistering
Follow work instructions, maintain safety, and meet production targets
Conduct quality control checks and maintain documentation
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience in an industrial paint shop
Strong knowledge of spray-painting techniques and paint specifications
Familiarity with health & safety practices in industrial painting
Good manual dexterity and ability to handle materials safely
Experience with quality control procedures
