THE COMPANY
Our client is a leading UK brand with a subscription-based model. They serve a large, loyal membership base, making customer behaviour, retention, and lifetime value key to their growth. Data and reporting are central to driving these insights.
We’re looking for a Product Data Analyst to join a growing data team during an exciting phase of expansion. This role offers the chance to shape how analytics drives product decisions and customer strategy in a fast-paced, subscription-based business.
You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and commercial teams to uncover customer behaviour, run deep-dive analysis, and deliver insights that directly impact business performance. You’ll also define metrics, build dashboards, and champion a data-first approach across the organisation.
THE ROLE
* Translate data into actionable insights that inform product strategy
* Build and maintain dashboards and self-serve tools for stakeholders
* Analyse customer behaviour to identify opportunities and pain points
* Partner with cross-functional teams to embed data into decision-making
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Strong SQL skills
* Experience with dbt for data modelling and transformation
* Proficiency with data visualisation tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
* Background in product analytics (experiments, funnels, customer journeys, etc.)
