This opportunity sits within a high-profile programme supporting a major government-aligned organisation, offering long-term potential and remote flexibility.
We're supporting our client in hiring a hands-on SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay Consultant for a high-impact digital transformation programme. This role is predominantly remote with occasional travel to the client's Preston site.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Configure and deploy SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules end-to-end.
2. Lead or support workshops to gather requirements and deliver solution designs.
3. Advise clients on best practices and innovations across the SuccessFactors roadmap.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Payroll, and IT in complex organisations.
5. Integrate Compensation & Variable Pay with other SAP SF modules.
6. Support global roll outs and localisation efforts across multiple geographies.
Required Experience:
7. Proven hands-on configuration skills in SF Compensation & Variable Pay.
8. Certification in SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay is essential.
9. Experience delivering at least one full end-to-end implementation.
10. Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation experience.
11. Exposure to global SuccessFactors programmes is a plus.
