A UK-leading hospitality company is seeking a CRM Technical Manager to join the team!
THE ROLE
This role will join the growing CRM team which sits as a centralised function for the business working across a range of their brands. You will manage 2 CRM Developers and be responsible for the adoption and evelvation of the Braze plaform in CRM. This role will look to take enhance the use of the platform, driving its abilities to hit commercial uplifts. You will work closely with a range of stakeholders across the business to champion and influence continuious improvement.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Strong experience in ESPs and CDPs, ideally Braze
* Procicent in coding, particularly HTML, CSS, SQL, Shopfiy Liquid etc
* Experienced in managing marketing platforms to deliver against commercials
* Previous management experience
* Strong stakeholder management skills
