About the role
This role entails being a strong Qualitative researcher, adept at both hands-on work and commercial building. You will collaborate closely with the Managing Director of Qualitative research, to expand and develop relationships with a substantial client base. You will drive Qualitative projects end to end across a variety of projects including pack testing, early-stage creative exploration, innovation, and brand development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead as a key point of contact for key client accounts, providing strategic direction and trusted advisory support across a variety of ad hoc and brand projects
* Translate research expertise into actionable insights that fuel business decisions and drive client satisfaction.
* Drive market revenue growth through client management and new business development.
* Guide junior members of the team to ensure project objectives are met and insights are effectively delivered.
* Act as a senior point of contact, facilitating clear communication and problem-solving to exceed client expectations.
Key Skills:
* 7-8 years’ experience in a Research agency and/or client-side role with a focus on Qualitative research end to end
* Strong understanding of market research methodologies and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies for clients
* Client Management: Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships with a strategic focus, ensuring satisfaction and driving growth opportunities.
* Business Development: Experience in identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities, both within existing accounts and through new client acquisition.
* Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive profitable growth and enhance client retention.

* £70,000 – £80,000 + Bonus (Dependent on experience)
