We are delighted to be working with this professional services client to support with cover in their Glasgow office.
Your new role
A position has become available for an experienced and proactive senior administrator to work 5 days per week 8.30am - 5pm.
Duties will include:
1. Answering and management of phone calls
2. Answering Door/Greeting Visitors
3. Booking travel and accommodation
4. Co-ordinating the ordering of PPE through Edinburgh office
5. Mail - distributing on arrival and arranging outgoing mail
6. Managing holiday calendar
7. Managing office inbox
8. Ordering kitchen and office supplies
9. Ordering stationery
10. Preparation of sales invoices
11. Preparing and issuing Interim Certificates
12. Preparing meeting tea, coffee's and lunches
13. Typing letters, formatting reports etc
What you'll need:
You will be reporting to the Directors of the business and must have the following attributes:
14. Strong administration background
15. Very proactive in your approach using a high level of initiative
16. Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
17. Proficient on MS Office
18. Office management and sales support experience
19. Accurate typing ability

This is a full time ongoing temporary position working on site in the office 8.30am - 5pm
