Corporate Commercial Senior Associate/Partner Location: Dorchester, Dorset/Hybrid working We’re working with a well-regarded Legal 500 law firm seeking an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor (Senior Associate through to Partner level) to join its established team, based in the Dorchester area. This is a fantastic opportunity to handle a broad mix of high-quality corporate and commercial matters, while also playing a key role in growing the client base and supporting the continued success of the department. Alongside fee-earning responsibilities, you’ll contribute to team development through supervision, mentoring and effective delegation. About You: You’ll be an ambitious and proactive Lawyer with strong interpersonal skills and a solid background in both corporate transactions and commercial contracts. Experience should include areas such as general commercial agreements, supply and distribution arrangements, franchise agreements and terms and conditions.
