Senior Pricing Analyst Location: UK based - Flexible on working arrangement (Can be remote or office based) Remuneration: Up to £50,000 Bonus and Benefits Step into a key role within a fast-moving Home Insurance pricing team, where you'll help shape pricing strategy, drive growth, and support long-term profitability. Key Responsibilities Build and refine robust datasets for pricing and modelling purposes. Develop, validate, and sign off predictive models. Carry out detailed pricing analysis and deliver clear strategic recommendations. Lead rate changes and ensure timely, accurate release of pricing updates. Maintain documentation and coordinate pricing decisions across stakeholders. Manage end-to-end delivery of initiatives within the price control cycle. Review competitor activity to help strengthen market position. Skills & Experience 1-3 years of experience in general insurance pricing or similar analytical roles. Strong data manipulation abilities with tools such as SAS, R, or Python. Understanding of predictive modelling approaches (e.g., logistic regression, GBMs).
