Your Opportunity
As part of our graduate programme, you’ll choose your preferred sector and location, with opportunities across:
* Electricity Energy Networks – within Our Energy Networks Business, supporting clients roll out the largest scale investment in electrical transmission and distribution infrastructure in decades. Disciplines include:
* Primary plant systems from 11kV to >400kV
* Protection, control, and secondary systems
* Cable systems (terrestrial and subsea)
* Power systems analysis
* Nuclear – decommissioning projects, exposure to regulatory environments and high-impact work.
* Thermal Generation – evolution of thermal energy assets for efficiency and sustainability.
As part of these teams, you will work closely with our experts to provide clients high-value technical support through all phases of development, including:
* Optioneering and cost-benefit analysis to determine the optimum approach
* Front-End-Engineering-Design (FEED) to progress a concept design to procurement-ready maturity with cost estimation
* Detailed design for construction, developing complex BIM models
* Construction and operation monitoring to ensure assets are built and operated to design
* Interface with utilities, transmission operators, EPC Contractors, OEMs, Investors, Developers, and Government/Regulatory bodies

Candidate Specification
We’re looking for curious, motivated graduates who want to make a real difference. Requirements include:
* A relevant bachelor’s degree as a minimum; some opportunities may require a master’s degree
* Less than 12 months of relevant experience (excluding placements); degree obtained no earlier than 2024 or expected in 2024
