Job Description Staffline is recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers for a busy chilled operation in Minworth.
This is a great opportunity for reliable drivers to secure regular ongoing work with a well-established client.
Consolidated PAYE Pay Rates:
Day Shifts: £16.55 per hour
Night Shifts (from 14:00 onwards): £17.95 per hour
Saturday: £17.95 per hour
Sunday: £19.05 per hour
Average shift length: 9-11 hours
Your Time at Work
This role involves fridge work (no prior fridge experience required). Each shift typically includes:
- 1-2 deliveries and 1 collection
- Working with chilled/ambient goods
- Shift start times vary between 14:00 and 20:00
- All runs are pre-planned with minimal waiting
This is a dependable and professional operation, ideal for drivers who prefer late shifts or weekend work.
Our Perfect Worker
We're looking for experienced and professional drivers who:
- Hold a valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
- Have 6 months+ experience
- Have no more than 6 points on their licence
- A good attitude, punctuality, and commitment are essential.
