Description
Acting as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations matters including performance, absence, disciplinary and grievance cases
Coaching and supporting managers to confidently handle ER issues and build capability
Partnering with HR Business Partners to deliver strategic HR initiatives and people plans
Leading and supporting organisational development and business change projects
Analysing HR data to identify trends and recommend targeted interventions
Delivering training sessions and workshops to upskill managers in key people management areas
Mentoring junior HR team members and supporting their development
Building strong, credible relationships with stakeholders at all levelsProfile
