Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to work across our Older Peoples Functional and Organic Male Inpatient Wards in Oldham. Rowan is a 12 bedded functional male ward and Cedars is a 10 bedded dementia male ward.
Responsibilities
* Managing a clinical caseload and conducting OT assessments.
* Completing reports based on the Model of Human Occupation.
* Supporting with individual and group interventions and activities.
* Communicating effectively within multi-disciplinary teams.
* Receiving regular supervision from a Band 6 Occupational Therapist.
* Supervising OT support staff and supporting professional development through CPD and training.
* Contributing to a supportive, expanding team delivering a quality in-patient service.
