Behaviour Mentor
A friendly and welcoming primary school situated in High Wycombe is seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join in September 2026. The ideal candidate is strong, determined, and driven, passionate about working with a Special Needs student with behavioural needs (SEMH).
Key Responsibilities
* Work 5 days a week on a 1:1 basis with a KS2 SEN student with challenging behaviour.
* Support the student's social, emotional and mental health development.
* Collaborate closely with the Inclusion Manager and school staff.
* Implement behaviour plans and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant.
* Experience working with SEMH.
* Passion for supporting SEN students.
