ThePlaceToBe are excited to be partnering with a bold and cutting edge Social and PR agency to support them with a period of rapid growth.
As such, the first person we are looking to hire is a solid and experienced Social Media Account Director to help the Head of Social lead the team.
About the role…
This role will work collaboratively with the Head of Social to help on client relationship building, new business wins and leading the team.
What you’ll be doing day to day…
* Be the final sign off for any social campaigns the team put together
* Lead on ideation and strategy with the team
* Be involved in pitches and business development
* Quarterly business reviews with clients
* Big picture thinking - how can social campaigns align with the PR campaigns the agency are involved in
About you…
You will be passionate about Social Media and working with an agency that are envied in this space. You like bold, out of the box, creative thinking and want to work with exciting clients across fashion, retail, leisure, beauty and FMCG.
What we're looking for…
* Demonstrable experience working with globally known household names
* Experience managing a team compromising of Execs, Account Managers, Content creators across both paid and organic
* Somebody who is passionate and really believes in the power of social - with some great examples of work they have been involved in
* Somebody who has previous notable successes in winning business via pitching and upselling
