The successful Legal Cashier will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with legal and financial regulations. Skills
* Proven experience as a Legal Cashier or in a similar finance-related role within a Law Firm
* Knowledge of SAR and AML
* Understanding of basic accounting principles
* Must be familiar with Property Transactions and Completion Statements
* Full understanding, knowledge and experience of:-
* Client and Office Ledger transactions
* Posting Bills, Receipts, Payments Disbursements
* Processing and creating bank payments and reconciliations
The successful Legal Cashier will have:-
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately under tight deadlines
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with colleagues and external partners
* Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in data entry and record keeping
* Ability to work independently whilst being a proactive team player
