The Role
As a Contact Centre Sales Agent, you will:
* Manage inbound and outbound calls from warm leads with confidence and professionalism
* Identify opportunities to upsell financial products and investment solutions
* Deliver exceptional customer service while building long-term client relationships
* Work towards both individual and team sales targets
* Complete a fully paid two-week training programme designed to set you up for success
About You
We're looking for someone who:
* Has experience in inbound and/or outbound sales (call centre experience preferred)
* Is a confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
* Is target-driven, self-motivated, and thrives in a busy environment
* Is comfortable working in a high-volume call setting
* Has basic knowledge of financial products (beneficial but not essential)
