Commercial Property Associate / Senior Associate
We are supporting a national full service law firm seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its Real Estate team. This is a strategic hire within a growing department working on large-scale commercial and development property matters. Ideal for someone looking to take ownership of high-value work, gain exposure to major projects and progress quickly within a collaborative team. They offer a clear path to partnership.
Role & Responsibilities
* Manage development-focused transactions: acquisitions, disposals, funding
* Advise on commercial property matters and development projects
* Draft and negotiate development agreements
* Work closely with planning, construction and tax teams
* Maintain strong relationships with developers, landowners and investors
* Balance independent case management with teamwork
Skills & Experience Required
* Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with around 3–8 PQE
* Experience in commercial property and development work
* Strong commercial judgement and problem-solving approach
* Able to manage matters independently with attention to detail
* Confident communicator with strong client skills
* Collaborative, proactive and ambition to progress
