As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a QHSE Manager, with strong quality, systems and health and safety management experience, to support and enhance our health and safety culture and our integrated management systems ensuring consistent standards across our operations. The Role This role will focus on driving quality standards, maintaining robust management systems, and supporting operational teams to deliver consistently high-quality outcomes across projects. You will play a key role in maintaining and improving our ISO-certified systems, supporting audits, and ensuring that quality, health & safety, and environmental processes are effectively embedded in day-to-day operations whilst embedding and driving a high- performing health and safety culture. This is a hands-on management role, working closely with project and site teams to ensure standards are practical, understood, and consistently applied. The role will also support the promotion of the companys core values across the SHEQ function and wider organisation, being a Can-do attitude, Recognition of our people, Advancing innovation, Focus on health and safety, and Taking pride in our work. About You We are looking for a practical and detail-oriented QHSE professional, with a strong background in quality management systems and health and safety management. You will bring: Management experience in a QHSE role within manufacturing, engineering, construction or similar environments. Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 and familiarity with ISO 14001. Experience supporting internal and external audits and maintaining compliance systems. A structured and methodical approach to process improvement and documentation. Confidence working with operational teams to implement standards in a practical way. Good communication skills with the ability to engage across different levels of the business. Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) are expected. Key Responsibilities Quality & Systems Management Manage the maintenance and continuous improvement of the companys integrated management system, with a focus on quality and health and safety. Oversee ISO audits ensuring compliance with standards and plan internal audits to support external certifications. Review and improve procedures, processes, and documentation. Work closely with office, project and site teams to ensure QHSE standards are understood and applied. Provide practical guidance to support consistent quality delivery across projects. Continuous Improvement Oversee the companys CAPA process effectively utilising the Non- Conformance/ Opportunities for Improvement platform. Support initiatives to enhance quality performance and operational efficiency. Health and Safety Work closely with the relevant teams to ensure requisite Health and Safety practices are embedded in all Company operations and promoted Company wide. Develop and deliver a forward-looking SHEQ strategy aligned with business objectives and global project delivery. Act as a key advisor to senior leadership on SHEQ risks, performance, and opportunities. Environmental Support the implementation and ongoing improvement of environmental management practices across the business. This includes ensuring compliance with environmental standards and legislation, promoting sustainable working practices, and assisting project teams in minimising environmental impact throughout project delivery. People & Capability Lead, mentor, and develop the QHSE team to build capability and engagement. Deliver training and awareness programmes to strengthen QHSE knowledge across the business. Influence stakeholders at all levels to drive accountability and ownership.
