* Candidate Matching: Source, screen, and match high-quality candidates to client vacancies across various sectors.
* Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions that add real value.
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in recruitment (agency or in-house) is essential.
* Proven track record in business development, sales, and achieving targets.
* Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
