Your key responsibilities will include:
* Conducting thorough assessments of children and families to identify their needs and strengths.

* Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and external agencies to ensure comprehensive support for children and their families.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation in accordance with statutory requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
* A recognized Social Work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
* Current registration with Social Work England.
* Experience working within children's services, particularly in a permanence or child protection setting.
* Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions based on evidence.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to working in partnership with families.
