About Our Nursery
The Busy Bees Oxford nursery is rated Good by Ofsted, with a capacity of 110 children. It features a large secure on‑site car park and excellent bus links, plus free parking for staff.
Expectations
* Ensure educational strategies and practices are consistent across multiple rooms.
* Lead the planning and delivery of activities, adapting the curriculum to meet diverse needs.
* Mentor and develop Room Leaders, fostering a collaborative, high‑performing team.
* Oversee children’s wellbeing and safeguarding, making necessary adaptations for additional needs.
* Build strong relationships with parents, keeping them informed of their child’s development.
* Maintain compliance with health, safety and safeguarding protocols.
Ideal Candidate
* Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
* Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory or leadership experience, ideally as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager or Senior Nursery Practitioner.
* Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for both children and team members.
