A well-established and reputable business based in Driffield is currently recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join their finance team on a permanent basis. As the Finance Business Partner, your role will include (but not be limited to):
Delivering detailed financial analysis and performance insights to support strategic decision-making.
Partnering closely with the Rental Divisional Director on projects, providing challenge, guidance, and robust financial support.
Preparing and managing budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Producing high-quality financial reports, including cost analysis, variances, and project reporting.
Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, offering clear and concise financial updates.
Identifying and assessing financial risks, developing strategies to mitigate any concerns.
Driving process improvements and embedding best practice across project and financial workflows.
Ensuring full compliance with accounting standards, financial policies, and regulatory requirements.
To be successful in this Finance Business Partner role, you should ideally have:
Full accountancy qualification (e.g. ACA / ACCA / CIMA).
At least 5 years’ experience in accounting or finance, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
Strong financial analysis and financial modelling capability, with advanced Excel skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills.
A proactive, commercially minded approach with the confidence to challenge, problem-solve, and drive improvements.
