SEN Learning Support Assistant - AndoverProspero Teaching is looking for a dedicated and patient SEN Learning Support Assistant to join a friendly and inclusive school in Andover. This long-term position involves supporting students with a range of special educational needs, helping them access learning, develop confidence, and build essential skills both academically and socially. You will work closely with teaching staff and the SENCO to provide tailored, day-to-day support for pupils who require additional guidance. Whether offering focused 1:1 assistance or supporting small groups, you will play an important role in helping pupils engage positively with their learning. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with SEND experience, as well as graduates looking to build a career within education, psychology, or social care.
