Renowned for its elegant surroundings and excellent service, the venue caters for a wide range of events including weddings, private functions, and in restaurant. Location: Bridgend. Due to the rural location access to your own transport is essential. Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour Contract Type: Temporary, ongoing (potential for permanent position) Hours: Full flexibility required - shifts will include evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. The Role We're looking for a reliable and experienced Chef de Partie / Sous Chef to join the kitchen team and support the Head Chef in delivering consistently high-quality dishes across all services. Key Requirements: Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef Full flexibility to cover a range of shift patterns including evenings and weekends A passion for food and presentation, with a keen eye for detail Ability to thrive in a busy kitchen and support others where needed Level 2 Food Hygiene (or willingness to complete) This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a beautiful setting with the opportunity to progress your career.
