RSA House - Wedding and Private Event Specialist Job type: Full-time, venue basedReporting to: Head of SalesLocation: RSA House WC2N 6EZRate of Pay: £32,000 per annum plus a performance related bonus up to £6,000Working Pattern: 40 hours per week, 5 over 7- 9am to 5.30pm or 10am to 6pm based on site at RSA House. You will be the main point of contact for wedding couples throughout their planning journey, supported by our operational teams on the day. The role includes:Using our booking system to manage all event lead administration and organisation for Weddings and Private Events.Handling all aspects of planning and delivery, including site visits, contracting, tastings, timelines, and event-day managementMaintaining high levels of service and detail, ensuring every couple receives a personalised experienceManaging and developing relationships with couples, clients, suppliers, agents and venue teamsKey ResponsibilitiesPlanningConduct show rounds, tastings and pre-event meetingsProduce accurate quotes, contracts, event sheets and invoices when required.Upsell food, beverage, AV and consumables where there are opportunities.Ensure all communication, systems and documentation are accurate and up to dateLead on planning and delivering weddings on the day in collaboration with operations teams.Support in maintaining RSA House profiles on key third-party wedding platformsSupport marketing by providi content support for the @RSAWeddings InstagramOrganise and host the bi-annual wedding showcaseLiaise with the marketing team on campaign content, trends and market insightsClient & Supplier ManagementBuild strong, lasting relationships with clients and suppliersRepresent RSA House at tastings, client meetings, and industry eventsNegotiate and maintain preferred supplier agreementsThe Ideal CandidateYou'll be an experienced, creative and passionate wedding professional with a proven track record of planning and delivering weddings in a venue, agency or hospitality setting.You are:Warm, approachable, and emotionally intelligentImpeccably organised, with excellent attention to detailConfident working independently and with multiple stakeholdersFlexible and willing to work evenings and weekendsHighly competent with Microsoft Office and event systems (e.g., Rendezvous)Minimum of 1 year experience with weddingsWhat\'s in it for you?Working with Company Of Cooks has its perks!
