Partner Operations Manager
We are looking for a highly organized, data and systems driven Channel Operations Manager to support the growth and operational excellence of Siteimproves global partner ecosystem. This role will be instrumental in managing and optimizing the end-to-end processes for all partner types, including referral partners, agencies, value-added resellers (VARs), managed service providers (MSPs), and international distributors. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success, to ensure scalable, efficient, and partner-friendly processes that drive partner satisfaction, revenue growth, and operational effectiveness.
What you will be doing
* Own and continuously improve the operational processes across all partner segments referral partners, agencies, VARs, MSPs, and distributors.
* Develop and own the referral program, ensuring a low-touch self service experience, from initial lead registration to pay-out of fees.
* Collaborate with Channel Sales leadership and PAMs to implement and refine partner tiering, incentive structures, and program frameworks.
* Partner with internal systems teams to ensure CRM and PRM systems are effectively supporting channel operations.
* Collaborate with Product Management to ensure partner enablement materials are aligned with product capabilities and roadmap.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Professional Services to drive consistency in how we support and grow with our partners.
* Track and report on partner performance, pipeline, revenue attribution, and operational KPIs.
* Ensure data integrity and alignment between CRM, PRM, and financial systems for partner transactions.
* Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate calculation and timely processing of partner incentives, rebates, and commissions.
What we will require of you
* 57 years of SaaS experience, with at least 4 years in partner enablement, partner programs, customer success, technical pre-sales, or a related role.
* Strong planning, organization, and project management capabilities.
* Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
* Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
* A self-starter mindset and a passion for enabling others to succeed.
* Travel as needed
