Night Team Leader - Cedar Lodge
Location: Cedar Lodge.
Salary: £31,438.74.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week - night shifts on a rota basis (including weekends).

This is a key leadership role where you will guide the night team, ensuring high standards of care and support are consistently delivered.
About the Role:
As Night Team Leader, you will:
* Lead, support, and inspire the night team to deliver person-centred care.
* Ensure the safety, dignity, and wellbeing of the people we support overnight.
* Carry out regular checks and respond appropriately to any needs or incidents.
* Support with and oversee personal care where required.
* Be responsible for decision-making and acting as the senior point of contact overnight.
* Maintain accurate records and provide clear handovers to day teams.
* Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and organisational policies.
