We are currently recruiting for an Employment Solicitor on behalf of a well‑established and highly regarded law firm based in Oxford.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful team handling a broad range of contentious and non‑contentious employment matters for a diverse client base.
Responsibilities
- Advising clients on a range of employment law matters
- Managing Employment Tribunal claims from instruction through to conclusion
- Providing advice on disciplinary and grievance matters
- Advising on TUPE, redundancy and restructuring projects
- Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies and settlement agreements
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
Qualifications
- Qualified Solicitor status in England & Wales
- Experience handling employment law matters\
- Strong communication and client care skills
- Excellent drafting and organisational abilities
- The ability to work independently whilst also contributing to a wider team
- A proactive and commercial approach
