Summary We are looking for a highly organised, dynamic, and professional person to support a Sales Director in a fast-paced B2B sales environment. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the sales function while acting as a key liaison with clients and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring energy, efficiency, and a proactive mindset to the role, with a strong focus on client service and operational excellence. This is an office-based role, working Monday to Friday. Please note, due to our client’s location, you will need access to your own vehicle. Key Responsibilities Provide dedicated administrative and operational support to the Sales Director in a B2B context. Serve as a point of contact for clients, partners, and senior stakeholders—ensuring timely, professional, and polished communication. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate logistics, and handle travel arrangements. Assist in the preparation of B2B sales presentations, proposals, quotes, and contracts. Maintain accurate customer and sales data using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Track sales activities, follow up on client communications, and ensure deadlines are met. Prepare reports, insights, and briefing materials to support strategic sales initiatives. Liaise cross-functionally with marketing, operations, finance, and product teams to support client needs and internal alignment. Support business development efforts and contribute to ongoing client relationship management. Requirements Strong B2B experience in a client-facing, sales support, or administrative role. A positive, energetic, and professional demeanour with excellent interpersonal skills. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Strong organisational and time management abilities; able to multitask and prioritise effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM tools. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment. Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to changing priorities.
