We’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our vibrant team at Scarlet Kitchen, part of our award-winning hotel on the Cornish clifftops. You’ll be helping to craft beautiful, sustainable dishes that celebrate the best of local produce. Responsibilities and Duties:
* Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with Scarlet’s food philosophy
* Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
* Contribute to menu development with creative input
* Ensure consistency and excellence in every plate
* Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff
* Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within a professional kitchen
* Food Safety Level 2 (essential)
* NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Professional Cookery (desired)
* Passion for sustainability and local sourcing
