The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will:
* Source and qualify high-calibre candidates
* Write and manage job adverts across multiple platforms
* Headhunt top talent using LinkedIn and recruitment tools
* Build candidate pipelines and market maps
* Conduct candidate interviews and meetings
* Generate leads and win new business opportunities
* Build strong relationships with clients and hiring managers

Requirements – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
* Recent graduate (2:1 or above)
* Background in sports, competitions, or extracurricular achievements
