Join Our Culinary Team as a Sales Advisor at ProCook. ProCook is a leading kitchenware retailer dedicated to providing top-quality products and exceptional customer service. We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team and help bring the joy of cooking to our customers during our busiest time of the year. This is a temporary position of 8 hours per week until January 2026 in our Cotswold Designer Outlet Store based in Tewkesbury.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and assisting customers in selecting products
* Share knowledge of the product range and make personalized recommendations
* Achieve sales targets through effective sales techniques and product demonstrations
* Maintain store appearance, including stocking shelves and organizing displays
* Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a friendly and efficient manner
Your Contribution

Requirements
* Previous retail experience in a sales or customer service role
* Passion for kitchenware and cooking is a plus
