Clymac’s Purchasing Administrator's We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchasing Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the Service Department by managing the daily procurement of parts and materials, maintaining stock levels across multiple locations, and ensuring the timely supply of components to our engineering teams. You will work closely with both the Systems Purchasing Team and regional depots to maintain accurate stock records, streamline ordering processes, and contribute to achieving departmental performance targets. Identify and source replacement parts in a timely and accurate manner to support ongoing service operations. Manage the daily ordering and procurement of parts and materials for the Service Department. Monitor, maintain, and report on stock levels across engineer vans, regional depots, and office locations to ensure optimal inventory control. Collaborate closely with the Systems Purchasing Team to support wider procurement activities and supplier coordination. Contribute to achieving departmental KPIs through efficient purchasing, stock management, and administrative support. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when processing orders and maintaining stock records. Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise effectively with suppliers, engineers, and internal teams. Good numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to produce and interpret basic stock or purchasing reports. Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word) A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and supporting team objectives. Friendly, approachable, and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
