Job Details
* Job Title: Senior Insight Analyst
* Location: BL9 8RR
* Working rota: Monday - Friday
* Hours: 40 hours per week
Role Overview
As the Senior Insight Analyst, you will analyze complex data to generate meaningful insights, visualize data effectively, and communicate findings persuasively to senior stakeholders. You will connect data points to create narratives that support strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Analyze and interpret complex data to provide relevant conclusions and recommendations.
2. Synthesize ambiguous information to drive actionable insights through effective communication and visualization.
3. Support stakeholders with quantitative analytics and appropriate applications.
4. Develop insights and understanding of market and business trends.
5. Utilize data to derive actionable insights and communicate them clearly.
6. Perform deep dive analytics in a fast-paced environment.
7. Work on projects related to loyalty, customer analytics, segmentation, CRM, Data Science, marketing analytics, channel analysis, and customer acquisition.
8. Identify patterns and implications from data analysis.
9. Prepare detailed analyses with high-level insights for presentation to senior marketing and business stakeholders.
10. Provide regular market intelligence based on external business and landscape analysis.
Role Objectives & KPIs
The role aims to identify value and drive change by understanding customer behavior through deep analysis and presenting complex data in an accessible manner. Building trust and collaboration with stakeholders is essential, with a focus on action-oriented insights.
Skills & Experience
* Undergraduate degree in a numerical subject (preferred).
* 3-5 years’ experience in advanced analytics and insights.
* Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, consumer-facing business.
* Strong knowledge of omni-channel and multi-device engagement across digital channels.
* Ability to extract actionable insights from diverse data sources.
* Proficiency in SQL is essential; experience with R or Python is advantageous.
* Advanced Excel skills and VBA experience.
* Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
* Ability to work independently under pressure with excellent attention to detail.
