We are looking for passionate Health Visitors to work within our West Northants 0-19 Health Visiting Team based in Northampton and the Daventry & South Northants area. The post holder will manage a caseload, prioritising needs to ensure efficient service delivery, working within local cluster areas to have an enhanced understanding of their community and public health needs.

Main Duties of the Job
Working Life
* Assess healthcare needs of infants, children, and families.
* Monitor safeguarding and child protection needs of vulnerable families; advocate for the child's voice in multi-agency planning.
* Be professionally accountable for care delivery.
* Utilise technology to update records efficiently.
In Northamptonshire, you'll work as part of an integrated skill mix team to support service quality and family experience. You will assess and identify health needs, provide health interventions, and lead efforts to address health inequalities among children in the county, working alongside Practice Teachers, Specialist School Nurses, Community Nurses, Nursery Nurses, Healthy Child Practitioners, and School Nurse Assistants.

Be adaptable, resourceful, well-organised, confident, and capable of handling diverse situations with high-quality, compassionate care. Leadership, management, communication, problem-solving, and good judgment are essential skills.
