Role Description
OWCC Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Contract Manager for a full-time, hybrid role. The Contract Manager will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts. Tasks include negotiating contract terms, monitoring contract deadlines, mitigating risks, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure agreements align with company objectives and legal requirements. This role will also involve maintaining accurate records and fostering effective communication between stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in Contract Drafting, Reviewing, and Negotiation of FIDIC / LOGIC / IMCA
* Strong expertise in Compliance Management, Risk Mitigation, and Regulatory Standards
* Proficient in Documentation, Record Management, and Attention to Detail
* Excellent interpersonal, Communication, and Stakeholder Coordination skills
* Proficiency in Legal and Contract Management Software tools is a plus
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment
* Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Law, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage
* Experience in contracts related to offshore wind industry is beneficial
