In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of SCADA solutions for wind power projects, working at the intersection of technology, commercial strategy, and project delivery.

Responsibilities
* Own the end-to-end SCADA solution for wind power plant projects, ensuring clear definition, execution, and successful delivery
* Act as the SCADA technical lead across the full project lifecycle, from sales support through construction, commissioning, and handover to service
* Support sales and customer engagements by providing technical expertise and ensuring solutions are aligned with customer needs and contract requirements
* Lead and coordinate SCADA execution activities, ensuring delivery is on time, within scope, and meets quality standards
* Ensure installation, integration, and commissioning of SCADA systems in collaboration with site teams and key stakeholders
* Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, construction, service, R&D, customers, and grid operators to ensure compliant and optimized solutions
* Proactively identify risks, drive continuous improvements, and contribute to the development of SCADA best practices and standards
Qualifications
* Degree in Engineering or a related field (e.g., Electrical, Control Systems, SCADA, Computer Science, or similar)
* Experience as a SCADA Engineer with project management exposure or a Project Manager with SCADA expertise in power/energy environments
* Good understanding of power systems and electrical infrastructure, including high‑voltage (HV) and medium‑voltage (MV) equipment such as transformers, switchgear, and STATCOM systems
* Experience within the wind energy sector or industrial power generation environments is advantageous but not essential, including exposure to power plant controllers, PLCs, servers, and communication protocols
* Good understanding of cyber security principles in industrial control or SCADA systems (e.g., risk awareness, regulatory considerations, and secure system design) is an advantage

* Confident in managing technical and commercial risks within complex, multi‑stakeholder projects
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, actionable insights
* Proven ability to collaborate across international and multidisciplinary teams and build strong stakeholder relationships
* Structured and proactive problem‑solving mindset, with a focus on delivering high‑quality outcomes
* Customer‑focused and results‑driven, able to work with a high degree of autonomy; fluent in English (written and spoken)
* A valid driver’s license (beneficial)
