We have an exciting opportunity for Hygiene Supervisor to join our Night Shift Team at the Bromborough site!
Our ideal candidate will have relevant experience within Hygiene Department and will need strong communication skills, great attention to detail and ability to lead and motivate the team. Your job will be to ensure that the factory is clean and ready for food production ensuring that the highest food safety criteria is met.
In your role you will:
1. Ensure that all hygiene operatives have the necessary training to carry out their tasks safely and to highest standard.
2. Ensure that the factory conforms to factory GMP standards and are audit ready at all times.
3. Provide leadership and direction to the on-site hygiene operatives. Ensuring your team is focused, engaged and able to deliver.
4. Complete paperwork and reporting and ensure that all records are stored properly, updated and accurate to audit standard.
5. Provide training on hygiene SOPs, health and safety and chemical safety.
6. Ensure food safety and health and safety standards are maintained across the team and look for corrective action when needed.
7. Manage performance through support, counselling and disciplinary in accordance with Company policies.
