The Role
We’re looking for a commercially driven Partnerships Manager to build, manage, and scale high-impact partnerships across talent and brand.
This is not a gifting role.
This is not passive relationship management.
This is about driving revenue, visibility, and growth through partnerships that perform.
You will sit at the intersection of:
Brand. Content. Commercial performance.
What You'll Own
Inbound Sponsorships
* Assess and filter all inbound opportunities
* Evaluate audience fit, brand alignment, and commercial viability
* Execute partnerships that deliver real impact
Strategic Brand Partnerships
* Identify and build partnerships with aligned brands and communities
* Develop high-impact concepts:
* Co-branded campaigns
* Product collaborations
* Giveaways and exclusive offers
* Proactively source opportunities across:
* Events
* Media platforms
* Fitness and wellness communities
* Negotiate commercial terms:
* Revenue share
* Exposure
* Deliverables
Ambassador & Talent Partnerships
* Identify and secure high-performing talent
* Build long-term relationships with key ambassadors
* Own campaign execution end-to-end
* Brief talent clearly with performance expectations
* Ensure all content aligns with brand and quality standards
* Track and optimise performance based on:
* Revenue
* ROAS
* Conversion
* Scale what works. Cut what doesn’t.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in partnerships, influencer, or brand roles
* Strong commercial mindset — you understand performance, not just reach
* Experience working with talent and negotiating deals
* Ability to identify opportunities and move quickly
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scaling environment
